You scoped your project in the Builder phase. This module you design it — the architecture, the inputs, the outputs, the data flows, the HITL gates — before writing a single line of brief or instructions.

Earlier you built first and fixed problems as they came up. That doesn't scale once a workflow has real users depending on it. Now you design first and build second.
